Heute mal wieder ein paar Worte für Dich und Euch zur Inspiration. Worte, die spontan aus dem stillen Sitzen auftauchen, ein spontanes Sprechen in das Mikrofon - ohne Konzept, ohne Skript, ohne Vorbereitung oder Agenda. Schauen, was auftaucht. Worte, die vielmehr durch mich hindurchlaufen. Kein gelehrter, vorbereiteter Zen Buddhismus Vortrag, sondern ein Sich-Verbinden mit der Stille und der Wahrheit des Moments, Hier und Jetzt - Satsang, Dharma-Talk, welchen Namen wir dem auch immer geben mögen. Es ist ein Teilen mit Dir und Euch, ein Sich-Mitteilen zum Leben und über das Leben, bei dem ich verschiedene Ebenen unseres Lebens anspreche, berühre, teils kritisch beobachte, loslasse, wiederaufnehme.

This is the start of a series of shorter podcasts (in English) where I introduce a little prayer that helps to redirect loving kindness towards yourself and as such giving you a tool to also forgive others, let go of the past and develop kindness towards others.

In this 1st podcast of this series I am going to introduce the prayer and in the follow up podcasts I will dive deeper into it and explore line by line the meaning of this for our everyday life.

If you are in pain, fear, holding a grudge towards yourself or others you can try this. Let it sink in. Accept your own vulnerability. Don’t fight it. Sink deeply into it. Sink to the bottom of it. And hopefully realize: the bottom IS Love. That’t the ground of your being… in a way, so to speak.

Slow Down Podcast #11: Stille, Wahrheit und das Leben

Ein Podcast aus der Stille heraus, ein spontanes Sich-Öffnen für den Moment, wie es ist, Hier und Jetzt. Ohne bestimmtes Ziel. Ein spirituelles, philosophisches Betrachten des Lebens. Die Worte fließen heraus, formen Sätze, aus einer inneren Haltung der Meditation.

Ein paar Impulse und Betrachtung zu essenziellen Fragen wie: „Was ist das Leben? Wer bin ich? Was ist die Wahrheit?“ Eine rein persönliche, tief in diesem Moment empfundene Wahrheit, die keinen Anspruch auf Allgemeingültigkeit hat oder jemals haben könnte.

Also mehr ein Deuten durch die Stille auf „Etwas“, dessen wir als Mensch gewahr sein können, das in uns allen ist und das wir in der „Stille“ berühren können. Worte können nur den Weg deuten, Meditation, Still-Sein und Lauschen, kann die Erfahrung bringen … was auch immer das sein mag.

Slow Down Podcast #10: Große Krise, Große Gefahr, Große CHANCE!

Aktuell erleben wir eine sehr turbulente Zeit. Eine globale Krise. Eine Zeit, die alles auf den Kopf stellt, uns den Teppich unter den Füßen wegzieht, Normalität infrage stellt, uns sozial isoliert und in den Rückzug unseres eigenen Heims zwingt. Gleichzeitig übernehmen sehr viele Menschen wirklich Verantwortung und bemühen sich umsichtig, aufmerksam und korrekt zu handeln - für unser aller Wohl und Gesundheit. Wir stecken da zusammen drin und gehen da gemeinsam durch.

Viele Menschen sind im Homeoffice. Für viele Kleinunternehmer, Freiberufler, Künstler, Berater und Coaches brechen reihenweise die Aufträge weg. Im Sozial-, Pflege- und Gesundheitswesen wächst die Belastung. Dennoch rücken wir gefühlt zusammen und helfen einander so gut es geht, obwohl wir uns sozial distanzieren müssen. 

Doch nicht nur beruflich werden wir vor enorme Fragen gestellt, auch privat sind wir plötzlich vor Fragezeichen gestellt: Schulen und Kitas sind zu und wir wissen nicht wie lange. Unsere Alltagsroutine verlangt plötzlich nach hoher Flexibilität und kreativen Lösungen. Das macht vielen von uns Angst und erzeugt große Unsicherheit. Viele sind im Unklaren, was zu tun ist: was ist „richtig“, was ist „falsch“? Wie geht es weiter? Während der eine, die plötzliche enge Zeit mit der Familie genießen kann, stellt es andere vor große Probleme. 

Was machen wir damit? Wie nutzen wir diese Krise als Chance? 

Wir wissen nicht wie es weiter geht. Doch dieses „Nicht-Wissen“, dieses große Fragezeichen über unser allen Köpfen ist gleichzeitig die Riesenchance! Eine Chance, uns neu und grundlegend anders zu sehen, einfach und klar zu werden.

Der Podcast kann und will keine Antworten geben, aber vielleicht kann er euch in eine Richtung deuten, in der Ihr klarer sehen könnt, wie ihr mit den offenen Fragen umgehen könnt.

“Der einzige Weg raus, ist der Weg nach innen.”

Nutzt diese Chance. Bleibt gesund, mutig, wach und aufmerksam.

Ich habe als Co-Initiator für die Initiative Mindful Innovation einen 3-teiligen Podcast produziert:

Im dritten Teil unseres 3-teiligen Mindful-Innovation Podcast wird es praktisch! Sven erläutert ausführlich, was Achtsamkeit bedeutet, was es mit dem Atem bzw. dem Atmen zu tun hat und wie richtig atmen zu lernen, die beste Methode ist, um zugleich Stress loszulassen und dabei achtsamer mit sich selbst und seinen Mitmenschen zu werden.

Achtsamkeit bedeutet, im Moment zu sein, "bei der Sache" zu sein, der Handlung, die man im Moment ausführt - zu 100%! Multitasking ist zwar möglich, aber weder gesund oder zielführend, noch liegt es in unserer menschlichen Natur.

In der zweiten Hälfte des Podcasts lädt Sven Euch zu einer 10-minütigen geführten Achtsamkeitsübung ein, die jeder ganz einfach z.B. auf einem Stuhl sitzend mitmachen kann. Abschließend erklärt Sven Euch anhand von kleiner alltäglichen Tätigkeiten, wie ihr in jeder Situation üben könnt und warum weniger mehr ist. Viel Freude dabei!

Im zweiten Teil unseres 3-teiligen Mindful-Innovation Podcast geht es nochmal detailliert um das zentrale "Warum?", die innere Ausrichtung, die Sinngebung im täglichen Leben, die bestensfalls ohnehin zusammenfließt mit unserer Ausrichtung im unternehmerischen Kontext.

Inspiriert von Simon Sineks "Start with Why" durchleutet Sven die Frage, was es ist, dass uns morgens mit Freude aufstehen lässt und was wir tun können, wenn das "Warum eigentlich?" nicht mehr so klar für uns ist. Praktische Tipps und Anregungen sollen euch inspirieren diese Frage vielleicht wieder aufzunehmen oder euch einmal selbst zu stellen.

Darauf aufbauend widmen wir uns der Frage nach den Werten. Was sind unsere zentralen Werte und warum?

Slow Down Podcast #5: Ziele, Wünsche und Vorsätze zum Jahreswechsel – Stressfaktor oder sinnvolle Ausrichtung?

Der Jahreswechsel ist immer der Punkt, an dem viele von uns mit Zielen, Wünschen und Vorsätzen ins neue Jahr rutschen. Oft dauert es nicht lange, und dann nerven uns diese Vorsätze schnell oder wird werden frustriert, wenn wir diese selbstgesteckten Ziele nicht erreichen. Wie sinnvoll ist das? Sollten wir gar keine Vorsätze haben und uns stattdessen ziellos, frei von Selbstzwängen durchs Leben driften? Wo ist da die Mitte, die Balance? Darum soll es in diesem kleinen Podcast zur Jahreswende gehen. Ich wünsche Euch viel Freude dabei und für das Kommende Jahr Alles Gute!

Slow Down Podcast #2: Selbstliebe

In diesem Podcast geht es um das Thema „Selbstliebe“ und was das Üben von Achtsamkeit und Meditation mit Selbstliebe zu tun hat. Ein sehr aktuelles Thema, das heute viel mehr diskutiert wird als noch vor 10 Jahren. Ein Thema, das vielen Menschen wichtig ist, weil die Lebensqualität des Einzelnen, oft auch an der individuellen Fähigkeit sich selbst zu lieben gemessen wird. Was also ist Selbstliebe? Was meinen wir damit? Ist es sich selbst die eigenen Wünsche und Träume zu erfüllen? Bedeutet Selbstliebe, immer das Beste aus sich herauszuholen, sich an erste Stelle zu setzen, vor die Bedürfnisse der anderen? Was hat Selbstliebe mit Entschleunigung zu tun? Das sind Fragen, auf die dieser Podcast versucht ein paar Antworten zu geben, wobei ich auch der Frage nach dem „Selbst“ und der „Liebe“ im relativen und absoluten Sinn versuche näher zu kommen.
